Every effort is made to insure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. Kindly report any initial defects within 5 days of order receipt for prompt replacement.

Report any damages or losses in transit to the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for damages or losses incurred in transit.

Before making any merchandise returns, please contact our Customer Service Department for a return authorization number. All requests will be handled in a timely manner.

Merchandise returned without an authorization number will be refused. A restocking fee will be charged for refused shipments and merchandise returned after 30 days.
